CrossFit Elements Program

Who is the CrossFit Elements Program For?

Our CrossFit Elements Fundamental Skills Program is designed for beginners who are new to CrossFit. It is an intro to our club and the style of training we implement. Our Crossfit instructor will teach you how to properly perform the nine fundamental movements in addition to preparing you for the format of our group classes.

In the CrossFit Elements class, you will learn  the proper techniques right from the start. It is a great way to dramatically increase your work capacity and efficiency. At the same time, it allows you  to drastically reduce the risk of  injury when working through the regular CrossFit exercises assigned to you later on Level 1 classes.

The CrossFit Elements Fundamental Skills Program is a four session program offered on Monday at 10:30 am and 7 pm, Wednesday at 10:30 am, and 7 pm, Thursday at 10:30 am and 6:00 pm and Saturday at 10 am.  We work certain exercises on a given day then review from the previous day(s). It must be noted that ALL new members are required to complete this program, and must complete their 4 session program within six weeks of their first session.

Testing-Out of the CrossFit Elements Program

For the more experienced / avid CrossFitters or athletes from other CrossFit affiliates, you have the option to TEST-OUT of the CrossFit Elements program. Contact us at 708-478-5054 or or see one of our CrossFit Trainers for details.

Saturdays 10:00 am

Signups in advance are required at the front desk.
