100 double unders (300 singles)
Subs noted above. Terrible time. Started the burpees at 15:xx, and took forever to get through the 50.
Brian you did awesome! those burpees are a btch.
50 burpees are no joke! I went with the double unders and just had a bad day with them, only able to get a few good strings together. Wouldn’t have been bad if only 50.
