    Did my first “real” pull-up today. Not a strict dead hang, it had a bit of a kip, but no band.

    Fun workout, 132 rx’d. Tried gaming it at
    10 deads / 15 burpees / 5 jerks / 5 cleans / 15 runs ( more so as an effort to keep count) But got
    10/15/5/5/12 – 47
    15/12/5/2/10 – 44
    13/12/6/2/8 – 41

    The cleans right after the jerks just sucked
