        I ran into the 135# snatches like brick wall. It was a very big step from 75# to 135#.

        • that is my worry! i have practiced the activity but not the increased weight. if i dance all around the gym and outside the door with the bar and still get it overhead it still counts right?

          • Depends on your judge and how smooth your dance moves are.

            I would say okay, just don’t let the bar come lower than your forehead before you start the struggle…I mean get your groove on.
