    Subs: 12 pullups (black band) and 12 jumping dips, 50 squats per round.

  2. 3 rounds of MU progressions – banded and 75 medicine ball touch squats. Thanks John & Joe for the pointers on the MUs. Forgot to watch the clock but finished in the neighborhood as everyone else.
