SWOD: shoulder press
just wanted to share the recipe for the PALEO MORNING GLORY MUFFINS I made last weekend and shared with you guys at the gym. Seriously these muffins are AWESOME, super easy, and the perfect grab and go snack.
**variation: add some cubed pineapple bites to it and they will be even more moist than they already are!

Chicken Enchiladas — holy yum!!!
Be sure to have avocado with it… it really bring out the flavors!
oh and for the WOD, my time sucked because of the DUs, 13:42 but i am figuring out how to get more sets of 5s in there instead of doing them 1 and 2 at a time.
12:00 – round 1, DU one at a time 🙁 rounds 2-5, singles 3:1.
Actually felt pretty good about this one, granted I could put more than about 10 DU together at a time.

my time 17:23 rx at first i could only do 2 or 3 du’s at a time, but increased my # as i went on, pr’d at 21!
