  1. just wanted to share the recipe for the PALEO MORNING GLORY MUFFINS I made last weekend and shared with you guys at the gym. Seriously these muffins are AWESOME, super easy, and the perfect grab and go snack.

    **variation: add some cubed pineapple bites to it and they will be even more moist than they already are!

  2. oh and for the WOD, my time sucked because of the DUs, 13:42 but i am figuring out how to get more sets of 5s in there instead of doing them 1 and 2 at a time.

    my time 17:23 rx at first i could only do 2 or 3 du’s at a time, but increased my # as i went on, pr’d at 21!
