  1. This looks like a fun workout, but seeming that I can barely sit on the toilet I am so sore… I can’t imagine doing any deadlifts or squats today to save my life. Think my body would prefer a rest..

    But I want to say a serious and well deserved “WAY TO GO! & CONGRATS” to EVERYONE who competed yesterday. It was amazing to see the determination, dedication, and drive by everyone. You all inspire me so much to keep pushing myself everyday during workouts. Everyone did such a great job. So proud of my CF Family!
