SWOD:  Shoulder Press


  1. Used 75# for snatches, some rounds went well for double unders, others were beyond frustrating. New twist, instead of starting with a few singles, went right into double unders.


    And where is everyone who used to post on here??? I hope you welcomed my hubby to his first class tonight!

    used 55# for snatches.

    stringing my double unders together got worse as the wod went on. fun though!

    Did singles the last round……unbroken. Back squat @ 80# instead of snatch.
    Can’t lift anything overhead due to pain in my left deltoid. 🙁
