    did all my pullups without a band!!

    had to row 1mile instead of running due to shin splints

    My better judgement told me to do a 1/2 Murph but as usual I didn’t listen to my better judgement and attempted the full Murph subbing jumping pullups…. I wasn’t feeling the pullups so I left them for the end, again against my better judgement. I only did one lap on the final run… All in all the most work I’ve done in over a year and the fist run in over a year but it felt good.

    48:10 with jumping pull-ups, done like Cindy, 20 rounds of 5-10-15. My backpack now feels like a sack of bricks with narrow strings digging into my shoulders, at least when I Manage to get it on both shoulders…
