  3. I’m not so sure pukey will even have time to visit. The 2-2 mile runs plus 2 min rests would be 40 minutes alone for me

  6. 38min but only 65# squat cleans! I love running wods!

  7. Not sure of my time, but I finished it! The clock was messed up. I did the first 2 miles in 17 and the last 2 miles in 18:30 and not sure on the in between. Fun wod…did feel kinda pukey, but well worth it!
