SWOD: muscle ups
Not great, but given the context of two things I hate (Mondays & Burpees), its more than a nugatory accomplishment.
Note: Not posted with the WOD, but the 5:30am class did these using a target to touch for the jump part of the burpee. Rx for the target is 6 inches above your highest reach.

I knew about the 6″, was glad to see it spelled out on the board. It was going to suck either way, so go big or go home ;). My quads were on FIRE when a dropped to the ground afterwards!
