    Not great, but given the context of two things I hate (Mondays & Burpees), its more than a nugatory accomplishment.

    • Note: Not posted with the WOD, but the 5:30am class did these using a target to touch for the jump part of the burpee. Rx for the target is 6 inches above your highest reach.
