We did this a little different, but it took a little more work and was still fantastic 🙂

Used 55#pp, jumping bpu, rows were 14 cals and 15 cals
Awesome morning. 7:57 (i think) and set a new double-under PR…12! Also increased my back squat one rep max by 5 pounds. Progress is a good thing, even if in small increments!
9:51 set a new double under record…..20!
