  1. Ok 5:30 AM class, I’m going to try my hardest to smash my old PR on this workout and complete it in under 15mins. I’m calling on all your help to yell, scream, push and throw things at me if needed like we always do to you lol. See ya all bright and early in the morning!!!

      You just better be off the GHD when I need it! I’ve honestly never done it scaled down before, always did full on rx’d weights, just 8′ wall balls…. Decisions, decisions!

      • if I need to I will do my ghd’s on the dip bars next to them. May hurt “certain” areas more then the ghd machine, but it will still be done rx’d lol

    • I’ve got to be at work early tomorrow, so I won’t be there to witness you crushing your old PR.

  8. by far the hardest wod I have done thus far, way too close to passing out or puking for my liking.
    I think I finally finished at like 42:02.. Son-ofa-gun.
