  2. 40:00 (estimated time….I was using my sun dial and it was a cloudy day today)

    Subs: Pull-ups – grey band rnd 1&2, black band rnd 3.

    too nauseous to see the clock clearly. worst part was the thrusters after that row. I wish i could have just rowed all day instead of doing those thrusters. 7am crowd did freaking AWESOME though, kudos
