  1. 33:11 for 3rnds

    Subs: black band for pull-ups.

  2. 42:40
    rx for 2 rounds.
    then last 3 rounds used red band for pu.

    this was just the kind of workout I needed today!

  3. 47:12
    subs- modified push ups all rounds, first 3 rounds kip pu’s, last two used blue band
