  3. Worked on overhead squats,

    3 @ 65#

    Then did a WOD Tom put together:
    2 rounds
    30 side jumps over 20″ high PVC
    10 hand realese push-up
    30 wall ball 14# to 8′
    10 dead hang pull-up (green band)
    30 hollow rock
    10 dips (rings, blue band)

  4. 8 min amrap (same as dana/brian)
    4 rounds + 3 box jumps
