  1. Ok let me start off by saying 21 minutes was too long for the WOD after 10 I was spent. Maybe 15DLs and 9HSPUs? Anyways 8 rnds

    I had the same thoughts as Tom during the WOD. Definitely switching the quantities 9HSPU & 15DL. Started using green band with blue around arms, changed mid-2nd round to black with blue. DLs were no prob at that weight. 8 rounds.

  3. still going back to the basics with DL these days… lighter weight for better form.

    sub 135# DL to work on quality DL over quantity DL.

    HSPU make me wayyyy too dizzy. Anyone have suggestions how to help me not get so dizzy when I do them??
