  1. Clean & jerk 65

  2. Did yesterday’s mainsite WOD… Rx until I ripped my hands during the muscle-ups. 29:47= terrible time. Need to start dialing in my nutrition. Good job from everyone today! We had about 6-7 people finish up elements today, so we’ll be seeing a lot of new faces and more tough competition! Every day is another day to better ourselves (in all aspects of life)!

  3. Tweaked my back attempting to Rx the WOD with J. But I shrugged it off, lowered the DL weight, and fought on. 31:39. Not my finest half hour, but better than giving up!
