  4. My little 7yo monster wanted me to help her workout when I got home. She had already played C2 fish and rowed 500m 🙂 So I put her through a little Helen:

    140m Run (to the corner and back)
    9 KB deadlifts, 1/2 pood (it’s too heavy for her to swing)
    5 jumping ring pull-ups

    She just asked if she can row again with her sister!

    • Great job this morning. Keep working that form in small slower sets to get the movement down. Practice makes perfect.
