  1. Due to my son’s football game I was planning on getting in at 7am and doing the WOD on my own, but I am totally lost on this one.

    For the first amrap, since it’s only 3 min I will be lucky to get through the wall balls. Then events 9 & 10 aren’t listed. I checked the CF games site but can’t be sure which ones they are….especially since I can’t even find a WOD that looks like what the above is being called event 8.

  3. This one was brutal. My arms are in some serious pain.
    Round 1: 20 cal row, 30 wall balls, 20 toe 2 bars, 1 box jump
    Round 2: 20 cal row, 30 wall balls, 20 toe 2 bars, 30 box jumps
    Round 3: 19:29
    Toe 2 bars are always tough but the SDHP we did with KB’s i think are what got me.
    Great work out and a lot of sweat left in the gym.
