SWOD: clean and jerk 1-1-1-1-1rm
C&J 1RM 115#… Problems with posterior chain fatigue to get the clean, jerk was no problem.
60# 1RM clean & jerk.
Did not walk during run (a first), weight for cleans was pretty light so it was more of an engine (or lack of) thing for me.
1 rep max on CJ: 185#
Tomorrow’s WOD: mow lawn fot time.
Fist time I have rxd!
