What is the difference between a good player and a really great one? Many things may come to mind, but one thing is for certain, how players train and how they are trained will go a long way into how much success they will have on the playing field, especially in team-based sports and other activities.

In Team CrossFit, training classes are programmed specifically to foster and educate class participants in group/team-based behavior. Many of the exercises and activities are purposely challenging, and participants are actively solicited by our CrossFit-certified trainers to support and encourage their fellow group members to meet the challenges. This develops and encourages team camaderie and pro-active team behavior. It also makes it easier to elicit physiological and neurological changes to individual group/team members for an improved fitness level.

Our Team CrossFit classes are for athletes and are all designed for a given age group.  All of our classes are programmed and instructed by Certified CrossFit Instructors, with safety, as always, being the #1 concern.

This type of class is recommended for children and youths within the age group of 11 to 14 with the following schedules:

Team CrossFit –JV

  • Who:  Groups of 5 or more (Teams)  ages 11 – 14
  • When: Tuesday & Friday 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. or Monday & Wednesday 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
  • Starts: Monday, June 11th  at 4:00 p.m. or Tuesday, June 12th at 8:00 a.m.
  • Frequency:  2x/wk for 4 weeks (8 sessions)
  • Cost:  4 week session – rate is based on # of team members signed up for program
  • Instructor:  Todd / Justin
  • Please see front desk for specific rates for your team.

Team CrossFit – Varsity

  • Who:  High School & College athletes
  • When:  Tuesday & Thursday  11:30 -12:30
  • Starts: Tuesday, June 12th
  • Frequency:  2x/wk for 4 weeks (8 sessions)
  • Cost:  4 week session – rate is based on # of team members signed up for program
  • Instructor:  Todd / Justin
