  1. 21:28. Can’t really call it rx even though the weight was rx. The form sucked on the first 20 squat snatches. Thanks Todd for the great queues during the workout. Once I started to get them it felt much smoother and natural. Amazing how much the shoulders effect a squat. Once I realized that, it was a no brainer.

  2. Scaled to 35# hang power snatches, I think time was 11:53.
    With the scaling, it also allowed for more focus on making sure I remembered to hook grip and straight bar path.
