SWOD:  DB OH walking lungess – 3 x max steps


  1. Should be a good burn on the quads! Hope we have some good sized classes. I’ll be teaching the 0830.

  2. Where are we spinning at?? The stationary bikes in the cardio section or in the group fitness room?
    the 630pm class wont be able to do the group fitness room unless we join the Zumba class…

    • you will be in the group x room. yoga is from 6-7pm and they use the front half of the room – gates will be closed for that class then zumba is at 7:15pm….you should be fine for that since you are in the back anyways….
