13.5  CrossFit Open workout:

4 min amrap:

15 barbell thrusters 100/65

15 chest to bar pullups

if 90 reps (3 rds) are completed in under 4 mins,

time extends to 8 mins.

if 180 reps (6 rds) complete in under 8 mins,

time extends to 12 mins.

if 270 reps (9 rds) are completed in under 12 mins,

time extends to 16 mins.

  1. Will there be anyone there tonight around 6:30pm to judge this? I would like to go for my 1st attempt during the 6:30 class if possible! 🙂
