    is there a rest period between the rounds or would you go from 100′ OH walk right into the next 100′ OH Walk?

    Let me start by saying NOT RX’d. If this were not capped at 35 minutes, I might still be there doing double unders, even though i am getting better at them. Alright, enough complaining, great WOD, great workout.

    2 Rounds plus 27 KB swings second time through the 3rd round.
