20:05 with everything Rx except for GHDs, sub’d with abmat situps
i need to learn to fall more gracefully out of the handstand walk.
good work jeremiah, why didnt you use the GHD? was it being used or are you getting used to it?
couple of reasons. i wasn’t sure if it was going to be used and it was fairly large class at 8:30. Second, i’m still a little uncertain on the machine because of what it did to my stomach muscle the last time i need high volume. better safe than sorry and being out for a week.

Sore, but not that bad. I have a GHD at my place and try to use it everyday to build the strength
