      you get to decide the weight. I did this yesterday with 60% of my 1 rm and it was way too light, you don’t want to be able to get the last round of DL easily. 5 easy reps seemed pointless, made the run easy and I am not a runner! 🙂 maybe someone from the am class will tell us how it went?

  2. Im having my class perform it at about 75-80% of their 1RM… This should be a good weight to get through a fair amount of rds, and their legs will still feel the burn, but not so bad they cant make it through the run.

  3. 5 rounds @ 115#. My back is still hurting from tuesdays deadlifts.
