  1. 22:xx – legs are still tired from tabata yesterday and as usual my pullups need A LOT of work. subs – purple band pullups

  2. 28:13 RX !!!! (my running still needs work, but i’ll take it!)

  3. 22:43 had to do back squat/push press in lieu of the thruster. i was having some serious wrist pain on my thruster today, didn’t want to hurt myself. but did it at 65# and did kip pull ups.
