HSPU progression, black band for pullups, 35# dbls for 1st round only.
Actually, I think I used 25# dbls.
11:23. Still sore and tight but felt good to stretch and get the blood flowing.
Getting right back into it I see.
If I hope to keep up with you, I need to. I’m amazed at how I feel worse today than yesterday. Back to more stretching. Yesterday, the lower body hurt. Now that that pain has gone away, my upper body feels like crap.
I feel ya, I am still so sore! quads and upper body are the worse. Worth the burn though.
sub kipping pull ups for c2b pull ups…
still sore from sunday… those walking lunges were AWFUL!
