  1. Time: Not quick – stopped after 4 rounds

    HSPU progression, black band for pullups, 35# dbls for 1st round only.

  2. 11:23. Still sore and tight but felt good to stretch and get the blood flowing.

    sub kipping pull ups for c2b pull ups…

    still sore from sunday… those walking lunges were AWFUL!
