Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each:

Wall ball  20# (reps)

Sdhp 75# (reps)

Box jump 20″ (reps)

Push press 75# (reps)

Row (calories)

Post score – each exercise is scored by weakest # of reps

in each of 8 interv.  The score is total of scores from 5 stations
