  4. hey guys good luck! this should be short and fast compared to yesterday. the snatches are set at a comfortable weight to stimulate and you should be able to cycle them quickly. trainers, think about your
    ‘cash out’ since the time will be short. L-sits, sledgehammers, planks with weight on the back, wall walks, hand balancing, wheel barrows, anything to get the most out of the class….

    I don’t know if Stephen will post it or not, so I will. We were pretty lucky in the 9:30 class to see something amazing. Stephen did 71 DUs! Absolutely sick. Nice job.

  12. I forgot my time, and it was not good; but I finished it – rx. DU -3…better than 0!

  13. 6:32, rx ,, 91 double unders, so close to 100, but psyched myself out I guess

  14. 6:15 Rx, 5 DUs….. yet the most disappointing part is missing the 930 class… Congrats to Jeremiah – The WOD killer, and Lydia on her AWESOME PR!!
