    Subbed 25#dbl, and tried to climb to the second knot (from the ground) on knotted rope.

    This was a tough one….taking 13 days off since my last WOD didn’t help either. Joe and Steve were killing it…..I was just trying not to puke.

    Wasn’t able to make any of the classes today, so knew i would be solo, but had the pleasure of finally meeting Royce 🙂 There was a WOD scribbled on the board that looked fun, just tweaked it a little:

    3 rounds
    250m row (was 200m run)
    10 thrusters 65#
    10 pull-ups (used green band, kipping)
    10 box jumps 24″
    10 snatches 65# (I think it said snatches, was kinda erased)
