    I think this was my first Rx WOD at CFBT.

    I would like to thank those that pushed me at the end, but I can’t…..maybe later when the pain goes away I will be able to forgive you 🙂

    You can tell that OH Squats in the warm up has really helped form.

    My goal was to not let Joe or Steve lap me 🙂 Even with the light weight, my shoulder was pretty sore, but I did not want to be stupid.

    In CA for work so i went to Crossfit Costa Mesa this morning. Today’s WOD was a good chipper.
    For Time:
    1000M Row
    50 Rocket Jumps to 8′
    40 T2B
    30 Box Jumps (24/20)
    20 HSPU
    10 Muscle Ups
    17:00 Minute Time Cap
    Couldn’t finish in the 17 minutes. Ended up at 19:08 rx, should have subbed the T2B with Knees to Elbows.

    • good job Jeremiah, that looks like a pretty tough workout, how many people were in the class? also, that 530 class is rocking .. congrats on the fabulous effort to everyone.

        It was pretty tough. Some amazing athletes out here. There were 23 in the 6 AM and then another large group was coming in for the 7 am class when I was leaving.

  7. I wrote my time on the board for the WOD, but i can’t for the life of me remember because I was sooo excited that I did my first unassisted pullup today! All of you know this was one of my major goals. THANK YOU to all of my fellow crossfitters/trainers!

    I know I did 55# for the OH squats.

  8. 18:38 round 1: 45#. Round 2-5: 35#. Not happy with my time or that I scaled down. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

    Hey guys and gals!!! I was talking to Steve this morning and I have an idea for something for Friday August 31st at the gym. As a final hoorah to our first summer as a CrossFit box I want to plan BEER, BBQ, and BAGS at the box, with some working out thrown in there as well, I want to get your guys info on whether you think it is a good idea. I think it would be a lot of fun for us to have a fun relaxing evening as a group and really enjoy our hard work and dedication thus far. Plus it would give some of the people who only take certain classes at certain times the chance to interact with other CF members and coaches that they may not have met yet. Let me know what you think, and if anyone has any ideas or questions shoot me an e-mail. sjcrescenti@aol.com
