Messed with the damper settings a bit.

Total Time- 18:48
Even though with each round I was getting more and more tired, i felt as if a higher damper setting would have benefitted me for the last round. 7 or 8 would have been best to use throughout.

Shellie & I did 100 today @45 #’s. I put it up on the white board with all our PR’s.
i’m in. do we just record this on the board to keep track? what is the 765 for?
I’m starting tomorrow. Jeremiah if we do the 2290lbs at 155lbs we only have to do 15 lol
I know the 765team is a weird #, but its from the women who put out the challenges. There are 3different administers for the page. So you can take the big #Time and ÷I by 3you and that 7 the split #.
