  4. Messed with the damper settings a bit.

    1:35 @ 8 (44spm)

    1:42 @ 7
    1:48 @ 5 (50spm)
    Total Time- 18:48

    Even though with each round I was getting more and more tired, i felt as if a higher damper setting would have benefitted me for the last round. 7 or 8 would have been best to use throughout.

    This time I would like to see some guys do this with us!
    Shellie & I did 100 today @45 #’s. I put it up on the white board with all our PR’s.
