that’s a great time. i need to start doing justin’s 5 minute ab wods every day.
10:11. 135# for the first 12, 115# for the rest.
14:34 – 135# but had to sub ghd sit ups for t2b; still have very sore hands 🙁
14:15 105# & toes 2 bar.
