    Weight = Rx, T2B= knees to chest/above parallel to ground.

  3. 7:27 Rx

  4. 10:11. 135# for the first 12, 115# for the rest.

  5. 14:34 – 135# but had to sub ghd sit ups for t2b; still have very sore hands 🙁

  6. 14:15 105# & toes 2 bar.

  7. 18:30 rx
