“Tabata Something Else”

complete 32 intervals of 20 secs followed by 10 secs

of rest whereas the first 8 intervals are pullups, second

8 are pushups, 3rd 8 are situps, & finally the last 8

intervals are squats

Post total reps for all 32 intervals
