  1. 4rnds + 300m (not sure on distance as time expired before I got back in but I was close to a full lap).

  2. 4 rounds + 400m Rx. It looked easier on the board. The deadlifts killed me today.

  3. 5 rounds + 200m run
    first 2 rounds i was deadlifting 125# due to my terrible terrible math skills.

    I too did my first two rounds of DL at 125# due to danas poor math!! 😉 then switched back to 115#
    Dana and Michelle of course killed it!! Awesome job girls!
