1 clean at start and top of ea minute.

increase by 5 or 10 lbs w/ each successful rep

goal = get to 10 mins w/o failed attempt

men start between 75-135

women start between 45-75

    75, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, but then couldn’t get 135. Bummer. Still love cleans though!
