“7 layers of Hades”

30 minutes:

1.  1 prowler push – 50′

2.  10  – 2 for 1’s 20/14

3.  10 ring dips (15 HR pushups sub)

4.  10 squat cleans 95/65

5.  10 box jumps 24/20

6.  10 deadlifts 185/115

7.  1 rope climb & 7 burpees

SWOD:  foam roller, stretch, shoulder mobility

  1. this was WAYYY worse than I thought it would be..

    made it 3 rounds + 10 box jumps.

    gym was hot and muggy as all heck! made for a sweaty sweaty wod!
