i like the looks of this workout,, very cool
This was a hard WOD!(which was good!) I was hoping to RX but pretty close at 45.
Rest day today so I won’t be doing this one. However, I’d like to do it in the future. Can you let me know what is used for the 200m run? Are you using a plate, dumbbell, or maybe an oly bar? Does it matter?
Hey Jeremiah, it is a fun wod! we used the plates with the handles. some ran with it across their chest or holding it behind their head as if it were a sandbag. hope that helps

12.37 rx in my mind this was about as balanced as it gets, enough of everything and not too much of anything. It flowed well, and had hints of oak , it went down well with cheese and crackers
