    Sub 95# for cleans, 40# KB for swings & SDHP, more accurately knees to elbows (and that’s being generous!)

  3. 17:04 rx except I missed the last 36DU due to some confusion on my part. I hate DU any, jumping rope is for little girls

  4. 23:?? not sure on time…i’m always too gassed to look…at least that’s when i finish the box jumps….i really didn’t understand how the DU’s were supposed to work either.

    Subs – Single Unders, 30#KB for swings and SDHP, PC as rx, box jumps 20″ (i think).

  5. 18:05 almost rx just missing du and only did 75 on cleans, however I did end up cleaning 105 after the wod 🙂
