    This was extra spicy….burpees crushed me and made the rest of the WOD a real slog.

  4. does that say 150 foot sprint? dang man ,, dont know which one of these will be hardest! after the burpees they all will be hard i suppose

    14:33 rx. got lucky and made it to the 10:30 class today. T2B really slowed me done today. Need some better core strength. With that said, thanks Justin for the extra workout

      My calves, especially right since it’s the ankle I hurt last year, is still tight from the Burpees.
