This was extra spicy….burpees crushed me and made the rest of the WOD a real slog.
does that say 150 foot sprint? dang man ,, dont know which one of these will be hardest! after the burpees they all will be hard i suppose

yes, they marked off 25′ which runs from the west beam to the east beam (should be marked already)

My calves, especially right since it’s the ankle I hurt last year, is still tight from the Burpees.
