    Hey just posting this again for anyone who may not have seen it on the Tuesday post. Hey guys and gals!!! I was talking to Steve this morning and I have an idea for something for Friday August 31st at the gym. As a final hoorah to our first summer as a CrossFit box I want to plan BEER, BBQ, and BAGS at the box, with some working out thrown in there as well, I want to get your guys info on whether you think it is a good idea. I think it would be a lot of fun for us to have a fun relaxing evening as a group and really enjoy our hard work and dedication thus far. Plus it would give some of the people who only take certain classes at certain times the chance to interact with other CF members and coaches that they may not have met yet. Let me know what you think, and if anyone has any ideas or questions shoot me an e-mail.

  2. SO not a fan of high rep cleans, especially squat cleans! Good job to everyone at the 5:30am class that took this on in whatever form, scaled or not. This was a wrist killer!

    33:35 with jumping pull-ups

    Good note: I was able to do 5 reps of each weight for the shoulder presses 🙂

  3. 35:29 35# squat cleans, blue/red bands for pullups. 800 meters is killer. Did not think I could do it…..but I did!

    Ab WOD 6:12.

  4. Can’t remember my time…..I think it was just under 39min.

    Scaling was “C”, 20 squat cleans (65#), 20 Pull ups (purple band, then purple + green band), then 400m.

    All the squating and running this week is kickin my butt.

  6. 43:23 2 rounds rx, 3rd round 65 on squat cleans and used green band

  7. 25:05 rxd

  8. 31:23– this was a near pukie
