SWOD: muscle up & clean and jerk
Great work. Doing this one Rx is impressive.
Subs: 95# squat CJ’s, MU progressions. The MU progressions are hard to scale for me. They seem to either be easy or impossible. I was on the easy side today and that’s the reason for my quick time. Next MU workout I think I will go with the pullup/dips sub.
I think next time you will do MU with feet on the box!
I have the same problem with the progressions. I didn’t check my time. Those squat Cj’s wore me out!
