SWOD: handstand pushup progression
Subs: 1 regular rope climb 1st round then 3:1 beginner rope climbs, knees on box, 95# ohs.
17:17 first round RX then rest with regular rope climbs
9:17 35#. Back sore from yesterday’s deadlifts. Could not do anything heavier.
13:10 knotted rope, it took me forever to finally get my feet wrapped around the darn band. 45# OH squats. Same here with being sore from yesterday and didn’t want to lose form. Better safe than sorry.
17:00 – First 2 Rds Rx, 1/2 way up the 3rd had to give in to using feet.. i have the rope rope burn to prove it
25:07Rx Filthy 50 – Was flying until I hit K2E, and WallBalls
Annie – 10.17 Rx… 1st 2 rds = 7:23, last 3 = 2:54 including last 2 unbroken! (New D-U PR @ 20!)
3RM DL @ 340, 1 RM DL still stuck at 370.. So Close!!
