Tabata “Bottom to Bottom” Squat

Bottom to Bottom Squat is a Tabata Squat but each rep starts at the bottom and ends at bottom. Turnaround at top is immediate…not pausing. The 10 second rest for each interval is also held at bottom of squat as opposed to top. This squat, in contrast to “normal” Tabata Squat, motivates full hip extension.
